Let's face it, any day is a good day to post about Radiohead.
But today is an especially good day as My Favourite Band have just announced a mini tour including a two night stop over right here at Wolverhampton's very own Civic Hall. And you would not believe how happy, excited, elated and jubilous that news made me today. I never thought I'd see them play such a small venue ever again. Of course, I am being a wee bit premature as tickets have yet to go on sale but that's just a formality. Trust me, there's no way I won't be getting tickets. Of course, come Saturday morning when I'm crying into my cornflakes 'cause it's sold out, I'll regret making such a bold statement.
Anyway, here's the music, three live acoustic tracks from Thom Yorke. The first is from a radio session recorded for KROQ way back in 1993 and is so intimate that you feel the subject of the song could be in the room as Thom compares their worthiness, to his lack of. The whispered 'I wish I was special' kills me every time.
The next two are taken from a live performance at the Bridge School Benefit Gigs in 2002.
Radiohead - creep (acoustic radio session)
Radiohead - I might be wrong (live acoustic)
Radiohead - paranoid android (live acoustic)

Couldn't agree with your opening line more. Nice choices on the acoustic front.
