A Thank You Note..

Hey everyone! I've been planing on this post ever since I received my first Liebster Award. But soon after the first I recevied many more so I thought I would wait it out and thank all of these wonderful bloggers together. Laura from Dear Miss Coco, Pip from Strawberry Pip Fasion, Lana from Be Young, Run Green, Daniela from Oh Ella Bella, Milena from Somnambulistica, Hannah from Love Fashion, Obsess Over Beauty and lastly Lily from Cosmetically Creative have all put me on their list and asked so many wondeful questions that I never got to answer. So thanks a bunch ladies and really sorry for not being able to co-operate :)

Clothing Swap Turkey, 06.04.2013.

After relaxing down a bit from studying for mid-terms and taking at most 4 hours of my day going to and back from school I finally have time to do a post. Yippie me!  Anyways for whoever is following me on twitter know that I sacrificed one of my days to study to head over to an event, that I have wondered about for long time, in the city (I kind of live on the outskirts of Istanbul). So this event was the Clothing Swap which is done all over the world for charity purposes. It was their anniversary so they wanted to have a party and include all different kinds of stations like; graffiti wall, sangria, arts & crafts etc. We brought in 15 pieces and had a blast while choosing our items and being overly excited while others were taking out stuff home!

We had a couple of coupons left over which my mom and sister used for Sangria (wine punch typical of Argentina, Spain and Portugal). 

The graffiti wall was also build up by white t-shirts that people brought in. We left in early so this was just the beginning. By the way I hear the 16th event will be in Berlin so if you are near the area please check it out, all the items that are left behind are put in boxes and donated.

I just want to start off by saying that I ditched school today because I feel terrible. I have a runny nose and a weird feeling in my throat. I'm not exactly sick yet but I feel that if I push myself out of my bed its going to start working on me. So while I'm in my bed today I decided to post of couple of things that I've been pinning or coming across on websites. My fave out of all of these is the JC shoes, how can one shoe be this perfect? The color, style and UNICORN print! It's absolutely gorgeous, definitely on my wishlist :) What is your favorite from the list?

Receiving Mail is the Greatest!

 I got mail last week and I had to share it with you guys! Lee-Ann sent me these items because I was lucky to win them. Its so exciting because I will get to use all of these brands for the first time and they all look wonderful! She also added this cute butterfly make-up bag as a suprise which was very nice of her. I don't buy a lot of make-up but recieving these beautiful products makes me want to go out and buy some :) I don't know if its weird to do these kinds of post but I like to do them because I like to thank the person or people who take time to hold giveaways for their readers and actually send them :) So Lee-Ann thanks so much you are so nice and lovely!

I tried the cotton candy revlon lipstick the other day and it was the same color as my lips or maybe even lighter so it didn't show up. It was much more like a balm so I feel it might be great for summer because I wear dark colors in winter and lighten up as summer approaches. Also it smells and tastes soo good!

ButangTale Review + Giveaway!

I just received a package from Amiellie who owns ButangTale on etsy and I absolutely love what she sent over to me. Amillie makes button earrings with cute little designs that she comes up with. She really loves art and what she creates. You can even read her information on her etsy page here to actually see how in her own words she describes her feelings about what she does. Personally I think she is really talented. 

The only thing I have to say is that I have little earlobes so the white pair was a bit big on me but for some of you maybe that is not the definition of big so you wouldn't mind that at all. The strawberry one is a bit smaller than that so it is much better and the other two are even smaller which makes them a perfect fit for me. Considering that all ears come in different shapes and sizes the terms big-small will differ from person to person. So I'm really glad she sent different sizes because I got to experiment with them which enabled me to do a better review. Other than that you can already see how wondeful her desings are, they range from cats to floral to abstract and so on. Its versatile and beautiful!

Even the packaging she does shows how much effort she puts into her work!
